Trinecke Zelezarny supplies Azerbaijan with rail
Czech steelmaker Trinecke Zelezarny (TZ) supplied 9,000 tonnes of rail in 2015 for the modernisation of Azerbaijan’s railway network, a company representative tells Kallanish.
The firm is currently working on the second stage of the project, the 600km track between Baku and Boyuk Kesik, having already participated in the first, 300km-long stage. The overall value of the contract is €500 million ($539m).
