Tree Island to sell, lease Rancho Cucamonga facility
Canadian wire producer Tree Island Steel has entered into an agreement to sell and then lease the company's facility located in Rancho Cucamonga, California, Kallanish understands.
In a statement, Tree Island announced the sale of its Etiwanda facility to Newcastle Partners for $55.3 million, subject to closing adjustments. The sale is expected to be closed later this week, on or around 17 December.
