Tree Island sells Rancho Cucamonga facility, maintains operations
Tree Island Steel’s Etiwanda location in Rancho Cucuamonga, California, is under new ownership, as the sale of the facility to an undisclosed buyer for $54.6 million is now complete.
Tree Island will keep its operations in the facility for at least another two years, having already signed a lease agreement with the new owner, Kallanish understands.
Tree Island is a Canada-based wire producer with two mills in western Canada and two mills in California.
