Transition Metals advances vanadium project
Canadian mining and development company Transition Metals Corp is moving forward with its planned Empire Lake Project in northwest Ontario.
Empire Lake comprises 1,986 hectares believed to contain substantial vanadium deposits. Vanadium serves as a ferroalloy and is used in steel hardening applications, Kallanish notes.
