TransCanada seeks FERC approval for Buckeye Xpress project

TransCanada is seeking Federal Energy Regulatory Commission approval to build a new pipeline in southern Ohio and northern West Virginia. Its Columbia Pipeline subsidiary is seeking to build the Buckeye Xpress pipeline project.
