Toro to demerge non-core assets
Australian miner Toro Energy plans to demerge its portfolio of non-core assets, including its nickel assets in Western Australia, Kallanish notes.
The firm says in a statement that the demerger includes its Dusty nickel project, 100% owned by its subsidiary Toro Exploration. The project is located some 50km to the east of the town of Wiluna in Western Australia’s northern goldfields.
