Tongcai launches construction of new bar mill
Shanxi Tongcai Industry & Trade (Tongcai) held an opening ceremony for its upgrade project on 3 April. The company will add a 600,000 tonnes/year special steel bar rolling mill to its plant, Kallanish notes.
