Tombador Iron discharges ceo pending Brazil sale

The board of directors of Australia-based Tombador Iron Limited (TIL) has dismissed Gabriel da Cunha Oliva from the position of chief executive officer. Over the next 90 days, he will work to close the sale of 100% of the company's interest in its 100% subsidiary in Brazil, Tombador Iron Mineracao.
