TMK H1 domestic sales fall, OCTG consumption rises
Russia’s TMK saw domestic pipe market demand decrease by -6% year-on-year in the first half of 2016 due to weaker large-diameter pipe (LDP) demand from the record high volumes in H1 2015, Kallanish learns.
OCTG consumption, however, increased by 6% compared to the same period of 2015, supported by the growth of drilling activity in Russia by 17% year-on-year.
