TMK expects strong domestic OCTG demand in Q4
Russia’s TMK expects seasonally strong OCTG demand in the last quarter of 2016 as the Russian oil and gas majors begin to stock up on pipe. This is despite the provisional low in Q3 domestic market sales compared to Q2.
