Indonesia nickel export ban affects Tisco/Xinhai merger
An announcement issued by Taiyuan Iron & Steel (TISCO) Stainless on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange states that the company's restructuring plan with Shandong Xinhai has become uncertain. The two companies and related parties are still actively promoting the merger, Kallanish notes.
