Tisco hot tests new plate mill
China’s Taiyuan Iron & Steel Company (Tisco) has recently hot tested its new 4,300mm carbon and stainless steel plate mill, three months later than the original plan, according to the contractor China Metallurgical Corporation’s 20th subsidiary (MCC20).
