TISCO completes plate mill bidding
China 20th Metallurgical Corporation (MCC20) won the bid for the construction of the first part of TISCO’s 4,300mm carbon and stainless steel plate mill on 11 May, which is an upgrade to TISCO’s Taigang Stainless ‘s hot rolling mill, Kallanish notes.
