TISCO/Baowu to carry out mixed ownership reform
China's Taiyuan Iron & Steel (TISCO) and the Baowu Group signed a strategic cooperation agreement at the 2019 Taiyuan Energy Low Carbon Development Forum held last week.
The two companies will establish a joint venture company in Shanxi to carry out in-depth cooperation in the fields of stainless steel, nickel-chromium resources, new materials and new energy, Kallanish notes.
