Covid-19 boosts tinplate consumption in Germany
Consumption of food cans in Germany increased 9% on-year in 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic impact, because households stockpiled more, according to thyssenkrupp Rasselstein, Germany’s only producer of tinplate.
