Tigers Realm Coal production rises in 2022
Australian coal miner Tigers Realm Coal says 1.52 million tonnes of coal was mined during 2022, an increase of 49% compared to 2021, Kallanish notes.
During the December quarter, 392,000t of coal was mined.
In 2022, the firm sold 1.07mt of coal (of which 185,000t was metallurgical coal, the remainder thermal), an increase of 17% compared to 2021 results. During the December quarter, 303,000t of coal was sold.
