Tianzhu releases plan for Laoting move
On 4 July, the Industry and Information Technology Department of Hebei Province published the plan for Tianzhu Iron & Steel to remove its capacity to the Tangshan Seaport Economic Development Zone in Laoting, Kallanish notes.
