Tianjin Youfa goes public on Shanghai Stock Exchange
Tianjin Youfa Steel Pipe Group was listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange under the stock code of 601686 on 4 December, Kallanish notes.
The company’s initial public offering amounted to 1.42 million of A shares, accounting for 10.06% of total share capital. It raised CNY 1.4 billion ($214.5 million) from its IPO and will use these funds in several projects.
