Tianjin Rockcheck transfers iron capacity to Hubei Hengte
Tianjin Rongcheng United Iron & Steel Group (Rockcheck) has announced it will transfer ironmaking capacity to Hubei Hengte Equipment Technology. The steelmaker is required to close two 588 cubic-metre blast furnaces and one 200 square-metre sintering machine supporting a converter by August 2022, Kallanish notes.
