Tianjin Rockcheck to replace converter
Tianjin Rongcheng United Iron & Steel Group (Rockcheck) plans to shut down a 120-tonne converter, and then to build two electric arc furnaces in its place, Kallanish notes from the Tianjin Industrial and Information Technology Bureau.
