Rockcheck to sell capacity quotas to Guangxi steelmaker
The Rockcheck Group's Tangshan Special Steel has announced it will sell part of its steel capacity quotas to a plant in Guangxi, province, Kallanish notes from the Information and Industry Technology Department in Hebei.
