Tiangong secures lower plate US countervailing duty
The US Department of Commerce recently announced the final result of its review of coutnervailing duties on hot-rolled carbon and alloy steel cut plate from Tiangong International. Tiangong International's countervailing duty rate will be decreased sharply from 251% to 24.04%, Kallanish notes.
