Tiangang boosts scrap use for record output
Tianjin Tiangang United Special Steel Company (Tiangang) broke its steel output record for one month by the end of March, having produced almost 5.464 million tonnes. On 27 March, it broke its record for daily output, producing almost 19,420 tonnes on the day from 3*120-tonne converters, Kallanish notes.
