Tianbao Alloy starts to produce ferronickel
Tianbao Alloy Material Company has started production of ferronickel through one 33,000-kVA electric arc furnace, Kallanish notes.
The company was newly set up at the end of 2018, located in Zhuozi county, Ulanqab, Inner Mongolia. It plans to add production of 5,000 tonnes/month of high-carbon ferrochrome. The company also produces silicon and ferro-silicon-manganese.
