Thyssenkrupp launches food can with low-carbon tinplate

Thyssenkrupp Rasselstein will be launching a food can made of CO2-reduced steel from its proprietary “Bluemint” series, Kallanish learns. The German tinplate manufacturer has joined up with Swiss companies Hoffmann Neopac and Ricola.
