thyssenkrupp acquires service centre in Hungary
thyssenkrupp Materials Services says that it will strengthen its activities in Eastern Europe following the acquisition of the steel service centre IAI Holding A/S in the Hungarian city of Győr, effective 29 February 2016.
The service centre specialises in the cutting to length and slitting of coils and thus represents an ideal addition to the Materials Services portfolio, the division says in a statement sent to Kallanish. The facility has around 50 employees.
