Three Vietnamese firms celebrate 0% US pipe duty
Although the USA has set preliminary anti-dumping duties on imports of circular welded carbon line pipe from Vietnam, three Vietnamese firms are looking forward to greater opportunities in the US market. Hoa Phat, SeAH Steel VINA and Haiphong Hongyuan Machinery all secured a de minimis dumping margin, giving them a significant advantage in the market, Kallanish notes.
