Thiess gains nickel mining contract in Indonesia
Thiess has secured a AUD 240 million ($155 million) nickel mining contract in Indonesia from PT Halmahera Sukses Mineral in Central Halmahera, Indonesia.
It will deliver full mining operations including mine development, haul road construction, ore loading and hauling in the following 3.5 years in Central Halmahera, North Maluku, 6km from another Thiess-operated project, Kallanish learns.
