US lifts Turkish rebar exports in June
Turkish rebar exports soared in June, following their sharp May slump. They increased 38.6% on-year to 482,013 tonnes. This compared to 302,457t in May, according to Turkish Statistical Institute (TUIK) data monitored by Kallanish.
The average sales price, however, dropped to $406/tonne versus $470/t in June 2019 and $415/t in May 2020.
