Thailand temporarily zeros duties on 14 HRC origins
The Thai Anti-Dumping and Subsidy Committee has determined that anti-dumping measures on hot rolled coil products from 14 countries be extended. However, in view of the prevailing volatile market situation, it ruled the duties would be reduced to zero during 1 June-30 November this year, Kallanish notes.
