Thailand reimposes AD duties on tinplate
The Thai Chamber of Commerce has re-instated anti-dumping duties for tinplate effective 13 November, after imports of these products from January to September increased year-on-year.
The AD duty rates are set at 8.71-22.67% for South Korea, 2.45-17.46% for mainland China, 4.28-20.45% for Taiwan, and 5.82% for EU material, based on cif prices, Kallanish notes. These tinned products are classified under HS codes 7210.12.90.021, 7210.12.90.022, 7210.12.90.023, 7210.1…
