Thailand removes duties on Chinese low-carbon wire rod
On 12 September Thailand’s Ministry of Commerce announced its final decision on the review of anti-dumping duties on Chinese low-carbon wire rod. It claims that 0% duties should be charged on products imported under HS code 7227900, according to China’s Ministry of Commerce.
The anti-dumping investigation started in early 2015, and Thailand slapped 12.81%-31.15% anti-dumping duties upon related products as from March 2016, Kallanish notes.
