Thailand finalises Vietnamese galvalume and colour coat duties
Thailand has announced it has finalised anti-dumping duties on imports of galvalume and colour coated sheet from Vietnam. Vietnam has been looking to expand its sales of coated construction steel products as the number of trade barriers against it increases, Kallanish notes.
Duties will be charged at 4.3-60.26% on galvalume and 6.2-40.49% on colour-coated sheet. Investigations began at the request of NS BlueScope, which has its own capacity in Thailand. Vietnam …
