Tenova sells HTC Group to Chinese investors
Technology supplier Tenova tells Kallanish it has concluded the sale of HTC Group to China’s Qizhi GmbH and Shanghai Qizhi Information Technologies owned by the Ningbo Qijing Holding.
The agreement includes the sale of Germany’s IVA Schmetz and Mahler, France-based Fours Industriels B.M.I. and IVA Schmetz Industrial Furnaces (China). The four companies are specialized in advanced technologies for heat treatment processes for components.
