Teck sees coal prices falling in Q3
Metallurgical coal supplier Teck Resources expects its coking coal prices to be down but volumes up in the third quarter, Kallanish reports.
Teck expects its average realised coal prices to be $158-163/tonne, down from the previous estimate of $170/t.
Coal sales, however, are now expected to reach 7.2-7.5 million tonnes, up from the previous estimate of 7mt.
