Turkish steelmakers expect decreasing loan rate benefit
Turkey increased crude steel production by 2.4% on-year in September despite the decline in global output. While Turkey’s nine-month production growth rate reached 15%, the global rate slumped to 7.8%, having been at 14.4% in the first half-year.
