Tatmetal's new cold rolling mill reaches full capacity
Major Turkish flat steel re-roller and galvanizer Tatmetal Celik has commissioned a new cold rolling mill at its northern Zonguldak Province Eregli works, says equipment supplier Danieli.
The new 1.2 million tonnes/year capacity 5-stand cold rolling mill is linked to the pre-existing 1.5m t/y continuous picking line, commissioned two years ago, completing the tandem and bringing it to full operational capacity of 1.5m t/y, Kallanish notes.
