Tata’s TSLP quarterly crude steel, DRI output plunge
Tata Steel subsidiary Tata Steel Long Product (TSLP)’s crude steel production dropped marginally by 1% on-year to 171,000 tonnes in the third quarter of the fiscal year ending 31 March 2022. This was down 2% on-quarter against 175,000t for the September quarter.
April-December production, however, grew 12% on-year to 518,000t, Kallanish notes.
