Tata's Indian tinplate operation changes tack, improves performance
The Tinplate Company of India Limited (TCIL) saw its main performance indicators improve in its 2017-2018 financial year ending 31 March 2018, Kallanish notes. Total revenue from operations surged year-on-year because of a change in the company’s relationship with parent Tata Steel. Profit for the year also grew strongly.
