Tata orders coke quenching systems for Kalinganagar expansion
Tata Steel has ordered two coke dry quenching (CDQ) systems for its Kalinganagar steelworks expansion from Japan’s Nippon Steel & Sumikin Engineering Co. (NSENGI), Kallanish learns from the technology supplier. The systems are each capable of processing 200 tonnes/hour.
