Tata Motors launches India’s first vehicle scrapping facility
Tata Motors has inaugurated its first vehicle scrapping facility in Jaipur, India, under the brand name "Re.Wi.Re," which stands for Recycle with Respect. Indian road transport and highway minister Nitin Gadkari inaugurated the facility.
The Jaipur unit has a scrapping capacity of 15,000 vehicles/year, Kallanish notes.
