Tata Metaliks begins capacity expansion project
Tata Metaliks has started phase 1 of the capacity expansion project of its ductile iron (DI) pipe plant located at Kharagpur, West Bengal. The INR 600 crore ($75.24 million) expansion will take the company’s DI pipe plant capacity to over 400,000 tonnes/year in two phases, Kallanish notes.
