Tashin Steel to list in Malaysia
Malaysian stockist and processor Tashin Steel plans to list on the ACE market of Bursa Malaysia. The listing should help fund the acquisition of land and the building of a new facility, Kallanish notes.
The listing would be via a special purpose vehicle, Tashin Holdings, which will buy 100% ownership from current owners Prestar Resources (51%) and Formula Naga (49%). That deal will cost it MYR 144.07 million ($35.92m), supplied by Prestar and Formula Naga which …
