Tangshan's January restrictions remain unchanged
The local government in China’s Tangshan city announced its January restriction plan on 30 December, which remains the same as that seen in December, Kallanish notes. The policy suggests that around 2.8-3.2 million tonnes of production will be impacted during December, based on actual hot metal production estimates of 8.9-9.3mt.
