Tangshan Xinbaotai moves capacity quota to Jilin
Tangshan Xinbaotai Steel Company plans to transfer its capacity quota to another province instead of relocating out of the city itself, Kallanish notes. This is according to a profile released by the Hebei Department of Industry and Information Technology on 13 January.
