Tangshan Ruifeng to commission hot strip project
Ruifeng Steel in China’s Tangshan has announced that it will commission a hot-rolled strip project in Tangshan's Fengnan district in December 2020, Kallanish notes.
The project will see the construction of one 384-square-metre sintering machine, one 2,100-cubic-metre blast furnace, one 210-tonne converter and one 1,580mm hot-rolling line. After the completion of this project, Ruifeng Steel will have added 2.4 million tonnes/year of HRC capacity.
