Tangshan releases annual outdated equipment elimination plan

A recent release of the Tangshan government in northern China relating to the modernization of the industrial chain, requires that blast furnaces below 1,000 cubic metres and converters below 100 tonnes in the city be eliminated by year-end, Kallanish notes.
