Tangshan reduces coking capacity in 2019
Tangshan has released information on the removal of its coking capacity in 2019, Kallanish notes.
600,000 tonnes/year of coking capacity was eliminated in 2019 with the removal of 11 coke ovens at six coke producers. The reduction includes 140,000 tonnes/year of coking capacity at Tangshan Rongfeng Steel and 120,000 t/y at Lanhai Industry.
