Tangshan Qian'an publishes alternating steel production details
Tangshan's Qian’an district has published details of how its local steel companies will alternate production based on their waste emission levels. Steel output from the seven mills’ involved will be restricted by 16.5%-78.6% depending on the mill, equal to around 5.25 million tonnes of iron output, Kallanish notes.
