Tangshan plans equipment shutdown, emission cuts
Tangshan in Hebei Province intends to order more equipment shutdowns and emission cuts to achieve its goal of improving its air quality ranking this year. The local government has held several municipal meetings on the targets, one of which, on 23 May, included 25 local steelmakers, Kallanish notes.
